No cookies, no tracking
This page sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Fonts and images are loaded from our own server, so your browser does not contact any third party while you read the page.
Server log files
When you open this page, our web host automatically records technical data that your browser sends: IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, referrer, browser and operating system. We need these data to deliver the page and to keep the server secure. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and working website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The log files are deleted once they are no longer needed for these purposes and are not combined with other data.
The order form
You build your order in your browser. Nothing is sent to us until you click "Send order". We then receive your name, email address, company, target markets, notes and the order itself as an email to info@brokercheck.co, and we use these data to answer you and to prepare an offer. The legal basis is the preparation of a contract (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). We keep the email as long as needed for your enquiry and as long as commercial and tax law requires.
To protect the form against automated spam, our server stores a one-way hash of your IP address together with the time of sending for one hour and then deletes it. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a form that cannot be misused (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
When you contact us
If you send us an order or a question by email or Telegram, we process your name, company, contact details and the content of your message to answer you and to prepare an offer. The legal basis is the preparation or performance of a contract (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). We keep these data as long as needed for the enquiry and as long as commercial and tax law requires.
Telegram is operated by Telegram Messenger Inc. If you contact us there, Telegram's own privacy policy also applies.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR),
- have incorrect data corrected (Art. 16 GDPR),
- have your data deleted (Art. 17 GDPR),
- have processing restricted (Art. 18 GDPR),
- receive your data in a portable format (Art. 20 GDPR),
- object to processing based on our legitimate interest (Art. 21 GDPR).
To use these rights, write to info@brokercheck.co. You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
